Chocolate lovers unite and welcome Leslie to Beta Girl central. Leslie, out to take over the world one chocolate at a time, is the founder and chef of Luca Chocolate. Luca Chocolate’s philosophy is to find the freshest ingredients, create the best chocolates possible, share them while they’re still freshly made, and have it all come together to create a memory. We can testify that this philosophy works. A few months ago we were given a sample of her work at Tech Stars For a Day from Foodzie. We can still taste the contrast between the salt and the sweet dark chocolate that was the Sea Salt Caramel. Her first item that she Flung Up on Fling it Girl was chocolate covered bacon! If only Fling it Girl had taste-o-vision.
