Fling it Girl, flingitgirl.com, and all liked pages ("Site") are wholly owned by Zizigi LLC, a Colorado Limited Liability Company. By using this ("Site") you agree to and are in compliance with these "Terms of Use". If you do not agree with our "Terms of Use", please discontinue visiting Fling it Girl. Fling it Girl reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use at any time.

2. Provision of the Services by Fling it Girl
Fling it Girl ("Site") provides certain Services and content. You agree that Fling it Girl the ("Site") reserves the right to suspend, modify, limit, restrict, or discontinue Services at any time and for any reason without notice or liability. 3. User Responsibilities and Registration Obligations

10. to forge or conceal content provided by you

12. to solicit any user to buy or sell products or services
13. create multiple accounts to artificially influence any Fling It vote count
14. to prevent or restrict access to Fling it Girl ("Site")
15. to inflate vote count
16. any activity intended to cause or that causes site performance degradation

Please do not post any obscene, offensive, or sexually explicit material. There are plenty of websites where you can do that. Any user that will not adhere to these Terms of Use will be terminated. We reserve the right to remove any user posted material at any time, for any reason, without any warning, and without liability.

You agree to hold harmless Fling it Girl, its parent company Zizigi LLC, employees, and contractors from any liability by any third party claims.

Fling it Girl does not support, approve, or endorse any outside sites. We take no responsibility for the products/services found on external sites. Any activity that takes place at a third party site is out of our control. By visiting and using Fling it Girl ("Site") you agree that Fling it Girl is not liable for any transactions that take place on external sites. This includes but is not limited to the following: any activity that has to do with purchasing, shipping, damage, product expectation, and content.

11. Contests and Giveaways
Currently open to legal residents of the Continental United States & Canada. Entrants must be 18 and older as of start of each contest.

No mechanically reproduced or computer generated entries permitted. Not responsible for late or misdirected entries, or entries containing incorrect or incomplete information. Not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer, on-line, or Internet systems or services, servers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry or confirmation or winners notice on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, problems with the flingitgirl.com website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes. Entries become the property of flingitgirl.com and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Prize winner will be notified by email. Winner(s) has 10 days to claim prize(s). We must receive acknowledgement within 10 days of notification. Noncompliance/return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Certain restrictions may apply. flingitgirl.com reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Employees of flingitgirl.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, immediate family members and/or those living in same household are not eligible.

No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except as provided herein. Prizes are non-redeemable for cash. In the event of unavailability, flingitgirl.com may substitute a prize of greater or equal value.

All federal/state/local taxes are the sole responsibility of prize winner.

Potential prize winners may be asked to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within 10 days of notification. Noncompliance/return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless flingitgirl.com, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated entities, and each of their directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents, and representatives from any damage, injury, expense, cost, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability that may arise in connection with the Sweepstakes, or resulting from their acceptance and/or use of any prize, their travel to or from any prize related activity, their participation in this promotion, or from any misuse or malfunction of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, personal injury, death, and/or property damage.

Acceptance of any Prize constitutes consent to use winner's name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes in all media, whether currently existent or hereafter derived, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Any dispute arising from this Sweepstakes will be determined according to the laws of the State of Colorado, without reference to its conflict of laws principles, and the entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of the State and Federal Court located in Denver County and agree that such courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.

Fling it Girl, Fling This, Flung From, Find it Love it Fling it, Fling Out, Fling Up, Fling it Dude, Top Flings, Looming Flings, and all other Fling it Girl logos, icons, page design, page header, service names and scripts are Trademarks of Zizigi LLC in the United States and other countries. Zizigi LLC's trademarks cannot be used as part of domain names, in connection with any product or service in any manner that is likely to cause confusion with or dilution of the brand.

Fling it Girl has the right to make changes to these "Terms of Use" at anytime and without prior notice.
